Hi, I’m Blake — teacher turned resource creator, chai tea latte enthusiast, toddler negotiator, and the brain behind LOVE 2 LEARN 2GETHER.
After five years teaching 2nd and 6th grade (yes, I can handle both glitter chaos and preteen sass), I pressed pause on full-time teaching. I loved helping my students get excited about learning, especially when I could sneak in a little creativity (and maybe avoid another worksheet).
After my daughter was born in 2023, I stepped away from the classroom to raise my growing family — and to finally answer the call of every teacher’s dream: making engaging, no-prep resources in my pajamas.
Now I create virtual field trips, math posters, and classroom activities that help teachers bring lessons to life without spending their whole weekend planning. Whether you're reviewing place value, building classroom community, or virtually exploring a rainforest, I’ve got you covered.
I live in Illinois with my husband, our two-year-old daughter, a baby boy on the way, and our very fluffy coworkers: Maka, our sweet senior Yorkie who is basically a living teddy bear, and Yuki, a high-energy Pomeranian with a shrill bark and very strong main character energy.
When I’m not creating resources or dodging toddler crayons, I’m probably reading fantasy fiction, scrolling Instagram for teacher ideas, or reheating the same cup of chai for the third time.
